We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management, marketing and operations to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Create social-first content (static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form video) for both the brand and the founder’s personal platforms
  • Ensure visual, narrative, and brand consistency across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Translate long-form ideas and brand narratives into clear, high-impact content, including captions, hooks, CTAs, and short-form copy
  • Maintain and evolve brand assets, including website updates, brand decks, kits, templates, and visual systems
  • Act as an accountability partner by helping define priorities, content plans, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring execution from idea to publication
  • Collaborate on content series, narrative arcs, and thought-leadership positioning, coordinating with editors, designers, and collaborators
  • Drive social-led client acquisition through DM-based outreach, relationship building, and sales conversations
  • Create and refine pitch decks, outreach scripts, follow-up frameworks, and sales materials
  • Convert social engagement and inbound interest into qualified leads and booked calls
  • Track content performance, engagement, outreach pipelines, and lead flow to inform growth strategy
  • Organize and maintain business systems, databases, and assets across Google Drive and Notion
  • Support social-driven funnels, client-facing materials, proposals, presentations, and event-related content

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media design, content creation, creative operations, or growth-focused roles;
  • Comfort creating reels and short-form video for both brand and personal accounts;
  • Strong visual taste with a social-first mindset;
  • Proficiency in Canva (required); experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, or similar) is a plus;
  • Strong copy instincts, including hooks, CTAs, and conversational sales language;
  • Organized, proactive, and energized by accountability and momentum;
  • Comfortable with relationship-driven sales and initiating conversations in DMs;
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out while executing cleanly;
  • Responsive within EST hours and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
