We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in email marketing and email deployment to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns across multiple consumer-focused websites, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and compliance;
- Build, deploy, and manage promotional, transactional, and informational email campaigns;
- Create and maintain email sequences, broadcasts, and automated workflows;
- Repurpose on-site and long-form content into engaging, high-performing email campaigns;
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support article ideas that align with email engagement goals;
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stages;
- Maintain clean subscriber data, list hygiene, and accurate records within Email Service Providers (ESPs);
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and engagement metrics; optimize campaigns based on performance;
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations, opt-in standards, and unsubscribe requirements;
- Coordinate email deployment schedules and manage campaign calendars across initiatives;
Requirements
- Proven experience managing email creation and deployment end-to-end;
- Hands-on experience with Constant Contact or comparable ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.);
- Experience working with WordPress (posting articles, formatting, updating content);
- Basic understanding of HTML email formatting and best practices;
- Familiarity with consumer-facing, content-driven websites;
- Experience supporting affiliate, lead-generation, or resource-based sites;
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, data management, and list hygiene best practices;
- Ability to independently execute campaigns from copy → build → segment → send;
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on results;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution-heavy environments;
