One of the largest providers of water-safety and learn-to-swim programs in the United States. The organization delivers structured aquatic education programs for children and adults with a strong focus on safety, skill development, and customer satisfaction.
Strong customer communication and efficient scheduling are critical to maintaining program quality and enrollment growth.
This role supports student enrollment, customer communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative operations across swim school locations.
You will help families enroll in programs, coordinate schedules, and support internal workflows that ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction while maintaining organized administrative workflows in a remote environment.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and messages
• Convert inquiries into enrolled students
• Provide clear information about programs, pricing, and scheduling options
• Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations
• Follow up with new leads and enrolled families
• Maintain CRM records and student information accurately
• Coordinate scheduling between families and instructors
• Assist with reporting and tracking tasks
• Provide administrative support to management as needed
• Support social media coordination when required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
• Strong phone communication and customer handling skills
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, RingCentral, Canva, or related tools
• Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly
