Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries in English and French
• Schedule and coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and document submissions
• Prepare, review, and organise immigration-related documents and forms
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal databases
• Support consultants and legal advisors with case management and file updates
• Conduct basic research on visa types, policy updates, and case requirements
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Case Manager (Must-have)
• Previous experience working with immigration, legal, or government-related services
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work in North American time zones (EST or PST preferred)
