Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Brazil-based Virtual Assistant with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will provide organizational and operational support across multiple initiatives, while also contributing to recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing talent within Latin America. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the team
• Assist with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews (with a focus on LATAM candidates)
• Help maintain schedules, manage priorities, and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams
• Support culture-building initiatives and cowork closely with Brazil-based engineers to foster collaboration
• Conduct research, prepare documentation, and create reports as needed
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain high attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines

Some Must-Haves

• Strong technical background or experience working with engineering teams
• Previous experience with recruiting and/or interviewing is highly desirable
• Excellent written and spoken English (near-perfect fluency required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proactive communicator who can adapt to a dynamic environment
• Positive personality and cultural fit with our energetic, collaborative team
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, etc.)

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
