Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
Onboard asset-rich users and trading clients.
Foster strong, personalized relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Identify client needs and recommend tailored Binance products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or Web3 offerings, to meet their objectives.
Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with Binance’s platform and services
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client-facing processes and propose improvements to enhance Binance’s VIP services.
Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted client acquisition strategies.
Stay informed on cryptocurrency market developments and Binance product updates to provide clients with expert advice.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
Proven success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Prior experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, capable of coordinating effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is preferred.
