The VIP Relationship Manager supports the commercial strategy by building strong working relationships with customer VIP management teams and assisting in the delivery of high-impact VIP initiatives. The role focuses on driving high-value player engagement, revenue growth, and product awareness through coordinated VIP activities, events, and targeted promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customer VIP management teams, supporting ongoing collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate VIP-focused commercial initiatives aligned with revenue and engagement objectives.
- Support relationship-building efforts that strengthen the supplier’s position with operator VIP teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute VIP player events (online and offline), including tournaments, promotions, hospitality, and experiential activations.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of VIP initiatives.
- Execute post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and performance reviews.
- Support VIP-focused new game launches and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and conduct training/demo sessions on content releases, new tools, and features.
- Work with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure VIP managers are informed of upcoming releases, key features, and positioning.
- Assist in tailoring VIP messaging and activities to align with high-value player preferences.
- Track and report on performance of VIP initiatives, including engagement, revenue impact, and qualitative partner feedback.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of VIP activities, contacts, and outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between VIP activities and broader commercial and brand objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of VIP engagement processes and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial, coordination, marketing, events, or client-facing role (gaming, entertainment, or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented and business mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and interest in revenue-driven initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, advise and apply best practices, and set a strategy for developing business needs.
- Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or digital entertainment
- Exposure to VIP, loyalty, CRM, or player engagement initiatives
- Event coordination or campaign support experience
- Comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics
