VIP Program Manager
TLDR
Own the VIP experience and retain Fliff's top players by building personalized relationships and engagement strategies while analyzing behavior to drive loyalty.
VIP Player Retention & Growth
Own retention, engagement, and lifetime value of Fliff’s highest-value players
Build and evolve our VIP program from scratch, including structure, rewards, and player journeys
Build deep, direct relationships with VIP players through personalized outreach (1:1 messaging, offers, experiences)
Identify churn signals early and proactively intervene to retain at-risk players
VIP Program Strategy & Execution
Design and evolve the VIP program (tiers, benefits, rewards, experiences) with a clear focus on retention and player satisfaction
Launch and manage targeted promotions, bonuses, and experiences that drive repeat play and loyalty
Continuously refine the program based on player behavior and feedback
Personalization at Scale
Develop segmentation strategies to deliver tailored experiences to different VIP cohorts
Create high-touch moments that make players feel recognized and valued (not just incentivized)
Balance automation with human interaction to scale without losing the “VIP feel”
Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze player behavior, engagement patterns, and promo performance to improve outcomes
Track key metrics like retention, reactivation, frequency, and player lifetime value
Run experiments on offers, messaging, and experiences to continuously improve performance
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Support to deliver a seamless VIP experience
Advocate for VIP players internally—ensuring their needs shape product and promotional decisions
Help define tooling, workflows, and processes to support a best-in-class VIP program
2 -5 years of experience working on VIP, loyalty, or high-value customer programs (gaming, betting, or similar preferred)
Strong understanding of player behavior, retention strategies, and engagement tactics
Experience collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mindset, you’re comfortable building things from scratch
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity. The annual salary for this role ranges from $120,000 - $140,000
