Who You Are As a VIP Account Manager, you will be one of the key people responsible for Coins.ph’s crypto trading operations, ensuring customers receive both liquidity and best execution. In your role, you will have full ownership of key account management, driving both relationship building and commercial effectiveness. You will manage our most important clients, provide exceptional service, and support their trading needs. The results from your efforts will directly impact the performance, growth, and reputation of the company. You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines, with a strong ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You leverage data to drive key strategic decisions and continuously iterate on ideas alongside other members of our trading, finance, and engineering teams. What you’ll do:
  • Maintain and develop key account relationships, making our products and services readily available to customers.
  • Understand customers’ needs and attend to their trading requirements.
  • Fulfill client order needs for both OTC and provide general support for the exchange platform.
  • Liaise with OTC traders and provide timely, accurate quotes to customers for block trades.
  • Handle pre-sales and after-sales activities, including onboarding, ongoing engagement, and retention of VIP clients.
  • Actively bring in new VIP clients and develop long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure their continued business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless VIP services and improve client experience.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
  • What we expect from you:
  • 1-4 years of experience in relationship/account management.
  • Background in cryptocurrency and trading.
  • Previous experience in fintech companies with VIP and OTC operations preferred, candidates from banking and investment industries will also be considered.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence in leveraging data independently to generate insights, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvements.
