Vinyl Flooring Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing vinyl flooring in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, cutting, laying, and securing vinyl flooring with precision, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess floor areas to determine the amount of vinyl flooring required
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate primers or adhesives
• Cut vinyl flooring to size and shape, ensuring a perfect fit for all edges, corners, and seams
• Lay and secure vinyl flooring, ensuring smooth application and proper alignment
• Install baseboards, trim, and transitions as needed to complete the floor installation
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, including smooth seams, proper adhesion, and level flooring
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines while working on-site
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any post-installation issues or concerns

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Vinyl company
• Proven experience as a vinyl flooring installer 
• Strong knowledge of vinyl flooring installation techniques, tools and flooring types
• Valid Class 3 Driving License 
• Good communication and customer service skills
