Costa Navarino Residences are looking for a Villas Runner. The successful candidate will create memorable stays for our Residences guests by being actively engaged in the onsite guest experience. Impeccably mannered and discreet, butlers are available to satisfy guests’ needs throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Support of all departmental objectives and operations lead by RCM.
Continuous communication with Residence Club Manager for villas delivery.
Reporting any issues to RCM or ROD as they arise in any area of the villa. Follow up to ensure all tasks and challenges encountered are either resolved or have an acceptable timeframe. Escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure full liaison with other members of Residences team.
Strong relationship with owners and internal customers. Assists owners with any inquiries.
Always maintain positive teamwork.
Perform tasks allocated to you by the supervisors and ensure all duties carried out thoroughly and on time.
