🚀 The Role
Within a team dedicated to our logistics partners, you will be responsible for managing strategic and operational relationships with one or more international carriers.
This role is central to our Operations teams, as it directly contributes to the continuous improvement of our customer service, the optimization of transport performance, and the control of costs and environmental footprint, in close collaboration with our partners.
What will you do
Carrier Management
Define the vision and objectives of carrier partnerships.
Lead contract negotiations and day-to-day management of carriers (annual volumes, pricing, performance monitoring, issue resolution).
Provide operational support for transport flows (exceptional requests, daily operations, proactive shipment tracking).
Manage and resolve disputes involving carriers, warehouses, and customer service teams.
Maintain and update the transportation plan in internal systems.
Ensure compliance with transport rules, procedures, and standards.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze transportation processes using TMS and dashboards to optimize flows and identify inefficiencies.
Assess the relevance and impact of changes made to the transportation plan.
Monitor, update, and analyze performance indicators using reporting tools (Tableau, BI).
Review and validate carrier invoices.
Track transportation costs, analyze losses, and propose improvement initiatives.
Who you are
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have:
A higher education degree in transportation, international trade, or industrial engineering.
At least 2 years of experience managing carriers or logistics partners.
A strong interest in joining a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.
Skills & Experience
Carrier and subcontractor management, contract negotiation.
Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Strong command of IT tools such as ERP, TMS, and reporting systems.
Personal Qualities
Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Responsive and able to manage complex operational situations.
Strong service mindset, analytical and synthesis skills.
