Marketing at TRACTIAN
The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers — across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance — are responsible for acquiring new customers, representing the company’s goals, and deeply understanding the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What will you do
As a Videomaker, you'll be the bridge between raw footage and captivating stories. Your main responsibilities will involve handling the entire video production cycle, from pre-production planning to editing. You will be in charge of setting up and operating camera & light equipment, ensuring optimal video quality. Additionally, your role involves directing scenes, managing sound and light settings for optimal effect, maintaining the organization of the studio and files, and collaborating closely with other production team members. You'll be the bridge between filming and final footage, meticulously organizing shoots and editing raw video into a cohesive whole.
Responsibilities
Pre-Production:
Contribute creative input during pre-production planning.
You may also contribute to pre-production tasks like concept development, logistics, casting, and storyboarding in bigger productions.
Filming & Production:
Capture high-quality visuals and sound recordings.
Adapt capturing styles to convey the project’s goals
Oversee the entire shoot, including setting up cameras and lights.
Editing:
Organize and edit video footage to create a cohesive final product.
Edit videos with Audio, Music, and Color Correction
Ensure clear and well-documented footage for smooth post-production workflow.
Organization:
Meticulously label and log footage according to a set system, providing it to every team
Maintain a well-organized filming location.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound composition in video production.
Strong storytelling abilities, passionate about creating captivating and emotionally resonant visual narratives, in a way to translates marketing objectives
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Great understanding of video techniques, such as color correction, composition, music editing, and SFX
Strong communication skills to effectively convey video concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to solve video challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Bonus Points
Solid understanding of Design Principles.
Experience with Art Direction or Photography.
Experience with VFX or CGI.
Experience with Film Production.
Experience with Wedding/Events shooting.
