This contract role focuses on producing 40+ tutorial videos organized by product, transforming technical features into engaging visual content that accelerates client understanding and confidence.  The Video Production Specialist works within a larger content team including Instructional Designers, Technical Writers, and Community Moderators, collaborating cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Operations to ensure video content aligns with client needs and business priorities. This role requires end-to-end video production expertise from scripting through final editing.  All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.  This contract role is not open to residents of California. Essential Functions

  • Produce 40+ professional tutorial videos organized by product and feature area within the production workflow and brand guidelines established by the Client Education Manager 

  • Create visual guides and supporting graphics that enhance client learning 

  • Execute video production using established templates, style guides, and brand standards 

  • Script, film, edit, and finalize videos that translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content 

  • Collaborate with Technical Writers and Instructional Designers to ensure video content complements written materials 

  • Partner with Product and Support teams to identify video content priorities based on client needs and common questions 

  • Ensure all video content is ADA-compliant with captions and accessibility features according to established compliance frameworks 

  • Manage video production pipeline, maintaining consistent quality and delivery timelines aligned with content roadmap priorities 

  • Work under the direction of the Client Education Manager to publish videos in the new library format and structure 

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need 
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of video production experience, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments 

  • Proven portfolio of tutorial, educational, or product demonstration videos 

  • End-to-end video production skills including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production 

  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) 

  • Experience creating accessible video content with captions and transcripts 

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual narratives 

  • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners across Support, Product, and Operations teams and build strong cross-functional relationships 

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple videos simultaneously 

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare technology or medical software environments 

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects or similar) 

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and video hosting platforms 

  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for video content 

  • Ability to present video content strategies and production updates to executive audiences
