The company specializes in delivering high-end AV solutions for corporate events, conferences, gala dinners, product launches, and more. They are currently looking to hire a skilled Video Engineer to lead and manage live video operations across a wide range of high-profile events.
Job Overview
The Video Engineer will play a key role in managing live video systems and ensuring flawless event execution. This is a client-facing, hands-on technical role that requires strong experience in video engineering, signal management, and onsite troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video signal flow and engineering for live events.
- Operate live switching systems and manage camera feeds.
- Set up and run video playback systems (e.g., Resolume, Watchout).
- Handle GFX operation using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Configure, calibrate, and operate LED walls and processors.
- Coordinate with technical teams and clients to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the live events or audiovisual production industry.
Proven expertise in:
- Video engineering & signal flow
- Live camera operation and switching
- Video playback systems (Resolume, Watchout)
- GFX operation (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
- LED wall setup and processing
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage on-site setups and adapt to dynamic event conditions.
- Willingness to travel regionally on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience with advanced video switching systems and processors.
- Knowledge of multi-screen configurations and projection mapping techniques.
