Mission of the Role:
The Senior / Video Editor is primarily responsible for performing video production tasks, which includes filming, editing video, editing and mixing audio, chroma-keying and visual effects, motion graphics, color correction and finishing, with the ultimate goal of creating high converting videos.

You are responsible to work closely with the Video Team to generate video split test ideas to improve conversions.

You are also responsible for assisting the Video Editor (Team Lead) with any video-related tasks, including exploring and implementing AI tools and workflows that can enhance video production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 

• Produce high-converting videos that meet business goals.
• Edit video content, including audio, color, effects, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service on video-related tasks.
• Generate video concepts and split-test ideas with the team to improve conversion performance.
• Stay up to date with AI and video production trends; proactively propose, test, and adopt new tools, workflows, and approaches.
• Support other ad-hoc projects as required.

Key Skills and Experience

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Sound & Video Production.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with AI tools for video production (e.g., AI-assisted editing, generative visuals, AI audio enhancement, automated captions) is an advantage.
• Strong interest in learning, experimenting with, and adopting new AI tools and workflows in day-to-day work.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively under pressure.

This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:

• High Specs Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed
• At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)
• Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)
• Webcam
• Designated Workstation
• Stable and strong power and internet connectivity
