Role Overview We’re seeking a versatile Hybrid Creative to join our growing team dedicated to RCRC. This role requires a hands-on creative with digital-first thinking and executional excellence across video, photography, motion design, and mobile-first content. You’ll be embedded in a high-impact, fast-moving team where creative quality, storytelling, and local cultural resonance are essential. This is seconded position with our client. Key Responsibilities Video Production & Editing · Shoot video content using professional and mobile devices, depending on context. ·Edit long-form and short-form video. · Apply motion graphics and titling for social-first or event content. Motion Design & Animation · Design and animate dynamic visuals for campaigns, social content, and corporate assets. · Apply brand consistency across all animation work while elevating creative quality. Mobile Photography & Retouching · Capture high-quality images using phone-based tools; support quick-turn content creation. · Retouch and optimize images using Lightroom, Photoshop, or mobile-native tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with account, creative, and production teams. · Participate in creative reviews, stakeholder presentations, and on-site activations. · Be a champion of quality, proactive problem-solving, and on-time delivery.   Ideal Candidate Profile Hybrid Creative: You’re multi-disciplinary and comfortable working across mediums, digital, visual, and motion.
