What is Decentralized Masters?

Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We give people the weapons to take back control over their financial future. By leveraging DeFi, we allow them to multiply their capital before it's eaten by inflation and thrive in these uncertain times. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom made videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports from our analysts and more. What will you be doing?

• Edits videos to targeted length and specifications
• Handles and organizes raw and edited video files
• Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution
• Shoots video and produces content as necessary
• Explores different versions and directions
• Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

What will you bring?

• Minimum 1 year of video editing and post-production experience
• The ability to:
  • Motion graphics
  • Use the right B-rolls
  • Understanding of branding
  • Speed of execution
• Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Creative and innovative
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Film or related field (preferred)
• Good command of the English language
