Video Editor

Job Summary:

As a Video Editor at VUZ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our projects, from conception to final production. You will work closely with our creative team to edit and enhance video content.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Film and edit video footage to create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• 
  Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute visual storytelling strategies.
• 
  Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality and impact.
• 
  Manage and organize video files, assets, and project timelines to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• 
  Provide input and feedback during the pre-production and post-production phases to optimize content creation processes.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
• 
  Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
• 
  Solid understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• 
  Creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to transform raw footage into polished, visually appealing content.
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 
  Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• 
  Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects techniques is a plus.
