Role and Responsibilities

Food Styling & Meal Prep
- Identifies if food stylist is needed by shoot
- Schedules and books food stylist
- Coordinates shoot day logistics with food stylist
- Selects and coordinates meals for shoot
- Coordinate cook ovens and prop oven delivery
- Logistics
  - Budgeting & Submitting invoices (from talent/ crew)
  - Scheduling shoot days
  - Script edits routing
  - Managing contracts
  - Keeping team up to speed
  - Prop ordering
  - Location booking + securing insurance
  - Talent booking + usage rights coordination
  - Marketing coordination
    - Usage rights tracking
    - Photoshoot prop orders
    - Photoshoot backdrop orders
    - Production material ordering (ie. GAM box materials)

Important to Note!

This role is in Salt Lake City area
Local travel is required as well as time on set for productions
Must have own transportation
