Video Content Manager RU+ENG (World of Tanks PC)

Join an internationally acclaimed gaming product and a passionate, diverse team as the official face and voice of World of Tanks' rapidly expanding media channels. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Video Content Manager, Video Producers, and various internal teams to produce compelling, entertaining, and engaging video and live stream content.

In this dynamic role, you will not only represent World of Tanks across regional Twitch and YouTube channels but also engage directly with our vibrant player community alongside the Community Team. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of live streams, as well as contributing to video content creation tailored specifically for the World of Tanks PC audience in your region.

We are looking for someone deeply connected to the World of Tanks player base who possesses the gameplay knowledge, communication skills, and charisma necessary to authentically resonate with our players. Ideal candidates have proven experience creating engaging content for platforms such as Twitch and YouTube, coupled with a passion for sharing their gaming insights and ideas.

Reports to

The Video Content Manager will report to our Senior Community Manager.

What will you do?

• Your main responsibility will be to act as the primary on-camera representative and ambassador for regional video & stream content.
• Plan, host, and execute regular live streams on Twitch, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the Community Team to maintain active, meaningful, and effective communication with the Russian speaking World of Tanks community with the main focus on the following countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova
• Produce and support engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with World of Tanks' brand standards.
• Continuously reflect on content performance, seeking improvement through feedback and analytics.
• Help the Russian speaking World of Tanks audience grow with a carefully cultivated unique tone and voice within the community.
• Attend WoT offline events as required.
• Create effective ways to support major in-game beats while entertaining players.
• Use strong and effective communication skills to act as an intermediary between non-player-facing staff and our audience.

Who are we looking for?

• Deep experience as a dedicated World of Tanks player with thousands of battles and strong in-game knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of the RU community, including key influencers, player sentiment, and community dynamics.
• Native level Russian language skills to be able to communicate effectively to the Russian speaking audience
• Strong knowledge and passion for PC games, culture, and technology in general.
• Expert knowledge of World of Tanks is highly recommended and preferred.
• Experience of creating content for YouTube/Twitch and an understanding of the features and audience of these platforms.
• The ability and enthusiasm to generate fresh ideas to engage our existing audience and help the on-boarding process for new players.
• Ability to write and edit engaging video scripts & stream plans.
• An ability to work under pressure, producing high quality content with a short turnaround.
• A professional level of English to be able to work alongside a predominantly English-speaking team.
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills and the flexibility to operate in a diverse team, handling several projects at once, with multiple people at once.
• Ability to develop a positive relationship with the existing World of Tanks community.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adapting to dynamic situations.
• Strong time management and planning skills adapt to the fast paced and ever-changing environment of gaming.
• Someone with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working as competently independently as they are with or within a team of others.

• Experience of presenting live streams, gameplay, and video feature content.
• Exceptional verbal communication, presentation skills, and on-camera charisma.
• A basic understanding of best practices in video & stream production.
• A basic understanding of project management
• Community management experience.
• Technical knowledge of stream and video equipment set-up.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute content initiatives independently and collaboratively.

Work mode

• Hybrid (minimum of 2 days of work from the office)
• This role is eligible for relocation support

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 2400 - 3000 monthly gross.
