The Opportunity
We’re looking for a senior marketing leader to build and own Thomas’s global marketing and brand strategy — shaping how we show up in the market, how we fuel growth, and how we stand out in an increasingly crowded space.
This role operates at Board and SLT level, acting as the voice of the market and the customer. You’ll be responsible for setting a clear marketing vision, translating strategy into execution, and demonstrating measurable impact on revenue, reputation and growth.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Channel and Alliances to ensure marketing consistently delivers qualified demand, actionable insight and a strong point of view. At the same time, you’ll strengthen the Thomas brand globally — increasing awareness, supporting expansion into new regions, and building long-term trust in our proposition.
This is a role for a commercially minded, confident marketing leader who blends creativity with rigour, and vision with delivery.
