Vice President, Products, Consumer & Prosumer (B2C)

TLDR

Lead the product strategy and direction for a high-growth segment, ensuring alignment between product vision and customer experience in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Vice President, Products, Consumer & Prosumer to lead the overall direction of the customer‑facing product portfolio.

This role is responsible for defining the mid‑term product strategy, guiding investment decisions, and prioritizing product development initiatives, while ensuring strong alignment between products, customer experience, and technology.

As a key executive leader, this role has a significant influence on the commercial performance of the Consumer & Prosumer segment and plays a critical role in shaping value creation for customers and the business.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and champion the product vision for the Consumer & Prosumer segment, developing strategies to drive growth and competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify investment needs, resource requirements, and project prioritization
  • Establish product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize the overall performance and profitability of the segment
  • Lead and develop the Consumer & Prosumer Product organization, mobilizing talent around shared objectives and a strong product culture
  • Represent the segment with senior leadership on strategic initiatives related to growth, customer experience, and innovation, and contribute meaningfully to commercial performance
  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy and product management, preferably within Consumer or Prosumer (B2C) environments;
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior leadership or executive level;
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a high level of influence at the  executive level;
  • Inspiring, people‑centric leadership with excellent communication skills;
  • Proven ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with internal and external stakeholders; 
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute an end‑to‑end product vision, including vision definition, roadmap planning, prioritization, go‑to‑market, and continuous optimization;
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible results in competitive and/or mature markets;
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including Product Management and Customer Experience;
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong capability to maximize value creation and revenue generation through product leadership
  • Act as a company representative at public industry events and external forums
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, with frequent interactions outside Québec
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (Canada and international)
