•    Establish compliant operating norms aligned to FDA/OPDP and platform policies; ensure auditability.
•    Lead test-and-learn (formats, creative, audience, signals) tied to KPI ladders and ROAS outcomes.
•    Translate complex analytics into persuasive narratives; partner with creative and PR to refine messaging.
•    Develop leaders and ICs; foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture; mentor “full-stack” social marketers.


What You’ll Bring


•    10+ years leading paid social at scale; regulated healthcare experience preferred.
•    Strong data literacy (experimentation, audience modeling, incrementality; triangulation with MMM/MTA).
•    Omnichannel mindset (understands how social amplifies and is amplified by search/programmatic/CRM/content).
•    Governance and compliance rigor (MLR, fair balance, brand safety, adverse event monitoring).
•    Influential leadership; clear decision-making; executive presence; resilience under tight timelines.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
