We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to join our fast-growing team to focus on the US market, where demand continues to accelerate as companies recognize that their former employees are a vast, untapped opportunity.


Based on the East Coast, this role will focus on profiling, selling and scaling the solution across our target markets. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, have a track record of delivering exceptional results, have the ability to leverage internal stakeholders to lead the complete sales cycle, demonstrating their personable, technical and commercial ability within SaaS Enterprise Sales. This is an individual contributor role.


Key Responsibilities:

Market

  • Proficient in the ability to identify, research and qualify target accounts across our target market.
  • Develop relationships, market insights, engagement trends and prospect pain points.


Enterprise Business Development and Business Growth

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching through to commercial negotiation and close with an understanding of local compliance and contract law, with support from our in house counsel and compliance team.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets for net new customer acquisition and whitespace opportunity.
  • Provide forecasting accuracy, pipeline coverage, and revenue predictability.
  • Report performance, risks, and growth levers to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite Level stakeholders and wider exec engagement.


Brand Presence

  • Represent EnterpriseAlumni at industry conferences, events and networking forums across the US.
  • Develop relationships with the wider market, consultants, associates and advocates.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS sales or relevant technology platforms.
  • Charisma, EQ and lateral thinking.
  • Proven ability to close large, six figure enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Responsive, proactive and ambitious: with inbound leads and prospects.
  • Experience and case studies for selling into large scale, enterprise businesses to either Business Development, HR and/or Strategic Initiatives teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-based outcomes and ability to work in a scale-up environment.
