Vice President of Operations (3PL/third-party logistics operations exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Lead and direct 3PL warehousing operations (7 direct/18 indirect) 
•    Build and develop high-performing teams with clear expectations and accountability  
•    Improve SOPs across inventory management, pick/pack/ship, receiving, and daily operations  
•    Oversee floor operations and provide hands-on assistance during peak periods 
•    Lead new clients onboarding and own service-level performance
•    Identify opportunities for technology improvements and maximize WMS effectiveness 
•    Negotiate vendor contracts while evaluating client profitability and overall strategic fit
•    Partner with ownership and sales teams to support client retention and business growth
•    Oversee operational financials, including P&L, labor, productivity metrics, and cost controls
•    Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead short- and long-term operational planning

•    7+ years of operations experience required  
•    4+ years of progressive leadership experience within 3PL required  
•    Budgeting experience required 
•    Ability to work onsite daily required
