The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel National Lead Program is the premier lead generation program in the home improvement industry and our corporate owned territories are experiencing explosive growth in both revenue and number of locations! Our growth is necessitating that we find exceptional people to add to our marketing team. The marketing team focusses on generating leads in any way possible, including our own websites and digital and traditional lead sources like PPC, Social, Print and TV. This team interacts with our amazing dealer customers, corporate owned retail locations, lead generation vendors and many departments at Jacuzzi. We love to market and generate leads and have fun while we do it!

The VP of Marketing will be essential in the overall success of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel company owned stores. The VP Marketing will contribute to the goals and the success of the company by developing and executing the marketing and lead generation plan to achieve projected sales and profitability targets

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for effectively communicating Marketing's role and vision throughout the entire organization.
  • Provide direct leadership to three teams within the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel marketing organization; the local marketing, contact center, and field marketing teams
  • Work alongside company executives to formulate marketing budget plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, incorporating lead generation strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Develop, craft, and deliver comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to marketing and lead generation.
  • Advance our field marketing technology systems by working collaboratively with teams to identify enhancements and execute innovative solutions that bolster marketing initiatives and yield measurable outcomes.
  • Aim to exceed company sales projections while effectively managing budget
  • Experience in strategizing and controlling advertising budgets
  • Evaluate performance against projections regularly, ranging from quarterly to daily. Make necessary adjustments to ensure projected sales targets are met.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to generate a steady stream of high-quality appointments that can be efficiently converted into sales.
  • Develop a multi-faceted digital lead generation machine including website, SEO, PPC, Social, Email, and OTT

Compensation is $215,000+ depending on experience plus bonus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing Marketing AND Lead Generation teams
  • Proven ability to lead a nationwide, multi-site, marketing strategy.
  • Must have experience with Traditional Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Contact Centers.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective direct response marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus!
