Role Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President of Global Impact: an executive operating at the critical intersection of technology, trust, and purpose. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with deep tech fluency, a compelling storyteller, and a seasoned executive capable of navigating complex ecosystems—from internal product teams to global government and nonprofit leaders.
This leader will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the COO, who founded and scaled Okta’s global impact efforts. This unique reporting structure is designed for maximum velocity; it offers the VP a strategic bridge to the COO’s office, institutional historical context, and an influential partner dedicated to removing roadblocks. You will have the autonomy to lead the function while benefiting from a direct line into the highest levels of Okta’s operational decision-making.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
