SUMMARY:

As a key member of the executive management team, the Vice President (VP) of Finance will report to the CFO and assume an operational and strategic role in the overall management of the company. This includes direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, strategic planning, revenue governance, unit economics, deal analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and private and institutional financing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning & Analysis Leadership

  • Lead company-wide financial forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial modeling
  • Drive a rolling multi-quarter forecast process with rigorous variance analysis and executive-level insight
  • Build performance frameworks that connect operating metrics to financial outcomes
  • Support Board and investor reporting with high-quality, decision-oriented analytics
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives, product launches, pricing changes, and strategic investments

Revenue Strategy & Governance

  • Validate and challenge revenue forecasts to ensure integrity and predictability
  • Own compensation audit processes and ensure alignment between incentive plans and financial targets
  • Lead pricing and packaging analytics to optimize monetization and margin expansion
  • Deliver cross-motion revenue analytics (enterprise, mid-market, self-serve, new logo vs. expansion)
  • Establish strong data integrity governance standards across revenue reporting

Strategic Revenue Partnership

  • Partner closely with the CRO and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment between execution and financial strategy
  • Provide independent financial perspective on territory models, capacity planning assumptions, and growth investments
  • Support executive decision-making with clear scenario modeling and trade-off analysis
  • Potentially support aspects of deal desk, including complex deal structuring analysis, non-standard pricing review, and revenue hygiene oversight

Operational Excellence

  • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A and revenue analytics team
  • Improve systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to increase speed and accuracy
  • Ensure scalable financial controls as the company continues to grow

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • You will influence pricing strategy, revenue quality, and long-term value creation
  • You will partner directly with executive leadership on the most important financial and strategic decisions
  • You will build durable forecasting discipline in a high-growth environment
  • You will operate at the center of revenue strategy without being a traditional sales operations leader

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12 - 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong experience in SaaS revenue modeling and recurring revenue dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build multi-scenario forecasts and connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
