Vice President, Executive Producer — AI

Edelman is seeking a visionary Production AI Technologist with a profound understanding and keen interest in the evolving realms of marketing and AI techniques. In this role, you will pioneer the fusion of creativity and technology, transforming our content production processes. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced AI processes, knowledge and maintenance of AI vendor relationships, and utilizing AI technologies customized for the marketing industries. Collaboration with diverse teams, integrating AI solutions to streamline content creation, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing overall campaign performance are pivotal to the success of this person. Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in AI Technologies: Profound knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision, with a track record of implementing innovative AI solutions in advertising production workflows.
  • In-Depth Understanding of Advertising: A deep understanding of advertising principles, market trends, and consumer behavior, demonstrating the ability to align AI technologies with advertising strategies effectively.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify challenges within advertising production processes and devise creative AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, bridging the gap between technical expertise and creative requirements, fostering a synergistic environment.
  • Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and advertising, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a focus on optimizing advertising campaigns, improving ROI, and achieving measurable outcomes through AI implementations.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication across teams.

  • Adaptability and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to adapt AI techniques creatively, tailoring solutions to unique advertising challenges, and pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking in both AI and advertising domains.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of production experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of producers, directors, writers, and other creative professionals.
  • Passion for being a student of the industry.
  • Base knowledge of industry talent and vendors.
  • Appetite to produce work in all specialties (Digital, Social, Broadcast, Radio, Print, Experiential, Fabrication).
  • Proficiency in industry software and systems.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative work ethic.
  • Understanding of all processes involved in a production lifecycle (video, design, digital).
  • Budget preparation skills.
