12+ years of executive-level experience.

Proven client-facing problem solver with a track record of delivering outcomes in high-stakes environments.

Relevant experience may include innovation or design consultancies, leading complex digital, agile, or enterprise transformation initiatives, and expertise in methodologies such as Danaher Business Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Startup, Designing Thinking, or other highly methodical experimentation methodologies.

Experience in early-stage growth companies is preferred.

Understanding of defense acquisition and credibility with senior leaders (GS-15 to SES on the civilian side and O6 to GOFO on the military side), advancing substantive, practical solutions rather than promotional messaging.

Ability to rapidly internalize and operationalize new methodologies.

Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating strategically sound, mutually beneficial agreements.

Comfortable operating without leverage—independently researching, analyzing, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
