We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location.  On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. What You’ll Do: ·       Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product. ·       Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems. ·       Perform field balancing as required. ·       Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis.   Why You’ll Love Working for Us: ·       Industry-competitive salary with bonus opportunities ·       Medical, dental, vision insurance ·       401K match ·       Upward mobility opportunities ·       Training opportunities   What We Need from You: ·       High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus. ·       Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred. ·       Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred. ·       Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies. ·       Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus. ·       Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment. ·       Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. ·       Effective communication skills (oral / written) ·       No lifting restrictions   We are an equal opportunity employer M/F/V/D.
