Veterinary Receptionist

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you’ll help create a warm and caring experience for every client and pet. Your role will include:

• Greeting clients and patients with a friendly, professional manner
• Booking appointments and managing phones and emails
• Handling payments and general reception duties
• Supporting our vets and nurses in a busy, caring environment

About You
You’ll be someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and positivity to everything you do:

• Strong initiative and task prioritisation/multitasking skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A genuine passion for animals and customer service
• Emotional resilience and empathy
• Clear, confident communication skills
• A reliable work ethic and collaborative team spirit
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and well organised
• Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (veterinary experience a bonus, but not essential)
