Casual Veterinary Nurse – Bli Bli Veterinary Surgery
Bli Bli Veterinary Surgery is looking for an experienced and confident Casual Vet Nurse to join our supportive, community-focused team. While the role includes some reception work, the primary focus is hands-on nursing.
About the role:
You’ll be involved in all aspects of general practice nursing, including:
Surgical and anaesthesia support
Patient monitoring and inpatient care
Assisting with consults and treatments
Animal handling and hospital cleaning/sterilisation
Occasional reception cover including greeting clients, scheduling and phone support
What we’re looking for:
Qualified or experienced veterinary nurse (or close to completing Cert IV)
Strong clinical skills and confidence in a GP setting
Excellent animal handling and patient-care standards
Friendly communicator who enjoys building client relationships
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
