You Are:

The Account Data & AI Lead Senior Manager will provide thought leadership in technology strategy, assessments, and delivery. This role is heavily focused on maintaining and building strong team and client relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who firmly grasps the Data & AI work across the needs and expectations of the Federal Government. This role will provide candidates with the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for our clients, while working with and growing a passionate team of technical professionals. The Account Data & AI Lead Senior Manager will drive adoption of AI Technologies and software applications.

The Work:

Ensure consistent approach to and delivery of data & AI work across account
Provide Veterans Health subject matter expertise to contribute to contract delivery and growth opportunities
Act as liaison between account and Data & AI practice
Managing large-scale IT programs specializing in Data and AI, and business intelligence solutions
Deliver high-value projects and leading cross-functional team

Here's What You Need:

10+ years of industry experience
Experience leading Data and/or AI efforts
Experience working across multiple groups within an organization to drive a business or client outcome
Experience leading large IT programs/projects
Technical background or degree preferred

Bonus Points If:

Experience working with Veterans Health preferred
Executive level communication
Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$146,100—$278,500 USD
