We are seeking an experienced Vendor Scheduling admin to support the growing demand, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Place recurring Purchase Orders and follow up on arrival and receiving of the material
Follow up on shortages and deliveries
Report statuses and escalate when required
On going work with vendors locally and globally
Implement working methods both internally and with vendors
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply roles
Experience in ERP systems, NetSuite - advantage
High level of Ecxel
Strong attention to details and a practical, hands-on approach
Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal relations, and out of the box thinking, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Highly motivated and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English
