Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart and soul of DoorDash, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, product catalog, and photo experience. As DoorDash grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.
As a Vendor Operations Manager for New Verticals, you will manage service delivery of operational processes run by our global BPO network who provide critical support to the New Verticals Launch & Expansions teams. You will work highly cross-functionally to develop and transition new and existing workflows to vendor teams, and establish new ways to ensure high-calibur work is being returned. You will partner with senior leadership to drive the strategic vision behind developing an efficient and quality-first onboarding and support experience for New Verticals merchants in the Retail, Grocery, and Alcohol space.
This role is for someone who loves leading teams, defining a strategic vision and turning it into reality, obsesses over operational details, and drives effective cross-functional communication and accountability – all with a great deal of care for the merchant journey from end to end. In this role, you will have at least 1-2 direct reports at the Project Manager level, and will oversee 2-4 BPO teams at a global scale. You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Vendor Operations. As of 2024, we expect this role to be hybrid, with some time in-office and some time remote. Some additional travel may be required.
