Vendor Account Manager
TLDR
Manage campaign performance for a portfolio of advertiser accounts by optimising advertising campaigns and analysing metrics on a globally recognised e-commerce advertising platform.
- Optimise advertising campaigns across multiple ad formats (sponsored product, brand, and display)
- Analyse campaign metrics — ROAS, CTR, conversion rates — and recommend improvements
- Spot underperforming campaigns and build action plans to turn them around
- Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution
- 4–6 years in sales, marketing, or digital advertising
- Experience with e-commerce or online ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Bilingual Mandarin & English — verbal and written
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in Excel and with performance data
- Bachelor's degree or above
