Royalty Staffing is helping an innovative transportation innovation firm, to find dedicated Vehicle Operators for their micro-transit initiative that is connecting rural communities. This role is crucial for ensuring every passenger enjoys a secure, impeccably clean, and consistently pleasant travel experience.

LOCATION -Grand Rapids, MN, area

WORK ENVIRONMENT - In-person/field

EXPECTED PAY - 20.00 USD Per Hour

SCHEDULE -Part time, up to 30 hours per week

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH – Ongoing/Contract

As a Vehicle Operator, you'll:

• Utilize advanced vehicle and accessibility technologies to provide complimentary transportation services within Grand Rapids and its neighboring communities, specifically targeting residents of Cohasset, Deer River, and Ball Club.
• Engage regularly with passengers and the operational team.
• Offer insights to enhance vehicle comfort, aesthetics, and the overall passenger journey.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience with an impeccable driving record.
• Clean driving record, able to pass a Motor-Vehicle-Check
• Comfortable operating vehicles equipped with advanced technology.
• Possesses a systematic and process-driven approach. Highly organized and adept at documenting daily summaries.
• Able to assist individuals in wheelchairs, including pushing them up ramps and into vehicles.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs routinely.
• A background in electronics, mechanical systems, or computing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.
