For M3C to make this shift, we need our Virtual Design LGS Framing Modeler & Detailer to improve the design of our customers projects and M3C components so they can be productized, improve the entire manufacturing process so our designs can go straight to manufacturing through our automated equipment and help develop our product catalog.

Requirements

  • Must have expertise modeling with Structsoft, MWF Framing.
  • Must have experience with Onyx Graitec Software.
  • Must have experience with automation files to feed Howick Frama 7600.
  • Understand, believe in, and become an ambassador of our mission of “Leading the Evolution of Construction” and help M3C evolve the company and the industry.
  • Generate high quality, detailed and defect free designs, spool sheets and Installation drawings.
  • Participate in design assist efforts of projects.
  • Improve operations, processes, methods, and quality.
  • Have and/or develop expertise with Autodesk, specifically Revit, ACC, Navisworks.
  • Have and/or develop expertise of metal stud framing, components, manufacturing equipment and design.
  • Have and/or develop expertise in architectural, structural and MEPF drawings, details and construction.
  • Have and/or develop expertise in modular, prefabrication, manufacturing, and assembly (DFMA).
  • Responsible for producing wall panel, POD, steel, and MEP component models utilizing design software.
  • Creation of shop, fabrication, and installation drawings to support shop fabrication and field installation.
  • Produce design drawings from ideas, sketches, mark-ups, existing drawings, field notes and details.
  • Identify cost effective, quality-based means and methods of design and manufacturing.
  • Review, collaborate and coordinate drawings with other in-house trades.
  • Problem solving and resolution of coordination, design, and manufacturing roadblocks.
  • Attend all required team, customer, division, project, and coordination meetings.
  • Remain fully up to date with drawing and work-order management.
  • Complete BOM, material procurement, automated files, submittals and requisitions when required.
  • Collaborate with client, consultants, M3C Team, and GC to ensure design intent, and installation.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies, standards, and systems.
  • Look, listen and learn - understand the company, the people, and the current processes and seek improvements.

Pay range DOE - $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Company Annual Bonus plan available based on companies performance.
