VCARB F1 Team - Senior Production Project Manager

TLDR

Lead the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production, ensuring quality and efficiency through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Production Project Management

Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events.

Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times.

Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.

Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality.

Collaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers.

Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.

Create technical reports and escalate to management, as needed.

Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders.

Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

Master/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Extensive experience in motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred).

Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.

Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Proactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
