Responsibilities


  • VAS Product Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive VAS product strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.

  • Define clear product roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.

 

  • Product Development:
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for VAS offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new VAS initiatives.

 

  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Gather customer insights through research, surveys, and feedback to inform VAS product enhancements.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition of VAS products to different customer segments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

 

  • Competitive Analysis:

Requirements
