• Get legal approvals for new crop varieties to be sold in European markets
• Protect intellectual property for newly developed plant varieties
• Coordinate with teams across R&D, marketing, and production
• Manage paperwork and applications with government authorities
• Supervise official field trials logistics
• Support budgets for registration/protection processes
• Stay updated on changing laws and regulations • Represent the company at industry meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years experience in fast-paced, innovative companies
• Knowledge of plant varieties and/or seed/IP regulations
• Strong computer skills and database management • Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities - can explain complex topics simply
• Proactive attitude and great communication skills
• Travel required across Europe
• Must be available in August (busy season)
