What You Will Do
Shape and evolve interface patterns using creative tools, focusing on unified appearance, multilingual support, and best practices in user-centered design.
Transform concepts into interactive layouts for digital platforms that merge visual appeal with practical usability.
Explore user behaviors and needs through user research to shape and refine interface decisions.
Work alongside diverse team members to convert organizational objectives into intuitive digital experiences.
Spot areas for enhancement and propose thoughtful solutions that strengthen product quality.
Join creative sessions discussion to share perspectives and help improve our approach to design.
What You Will Need
At least 2+ years of hands-on practice experience in crafting digital experiences and a compelling portfolio demonstrating your journey
Deep understanding of design platforms (especially Figma), combined with working knowledge of web technologies and responsive frameworks to bridge the gap between design and development
Sharp eye for visual elements and proven ability to create engaging interfaces, with experience in building and maintaining cohesive design systems
Track record of designing for diverse audiences, including experience with multi-language interfaces and cultural adaptation considerations
Foundation in user-centered methodologies and ability to work effectively across departments while clearly communicating design rationales
Understanding of interface animations and hands-on experience with user research practices would be a big plus
