We create cutting-edge digital experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and designed for the future. As our UX/UI Team Lead, you’ll drive user-centric design strategies while integrating data-driven, and AI-enhanced approaches to elevate digital interactions. 

You’ll lead and mentor a team of skilled UX/UI designers, working with high-profile global clients to craft stunning, high-performance digital experiences. With a deep understanding of design, technology, and evolving user behaviors, you’ll push boundaries and future-proof our UX/UI work in an era where AI, automation, and personalization are transforming experiences. Requirements

• Lead and Inspire. Guide the UX/UI team in creating bold, user-first digital experiences, blending design intuition with data and AI-driven insights.
• Mentor, and develop a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Set UX/UI best practices, encouraging the team to embrace emerging tools, automation, and intelligent design approaches.
• Drive UI/UX Strategy & High-Impact Projects. Oversee the full design process, from research to execution, ensuring user-centered, insight-driven solutions.
• Lead large-scale digital experiences, from pitch to go-live, setting creative direction and delivering top-tier results.
• Balance storytelling, technology, and dynamic user interfaces, leveraging new innovations for maximum impact.
• Future-Ready Thinking & AI-Driven Design. Stay ahead of AI-assisted workflows, automation, and personalization to create adaptive, next-level user experiences.
• Implement AI-enhanced workflows, intelligent prototyping, and scalable design systems to optimize efficiency.
• Explore predictive UX, real-time optimizations, and cutting-edge interaction models.
