UX/UI Product Designer

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to lead multidisciplinary initiatives aligning user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities. The role extends beyond UX and UI execution, encompassing product strategy, scalable design practices, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding design teams, strengthening client relationships, and positioning design as a strategic driver of measurable business outcomes. This role requires foresight to create sustainable, tangible solutions that can be tested, validated, and embedded seamlessly into users’ daily lives, delivering both immediate impact and long-term value.

What you will do:

• Lead design workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery across UX, UI, and interaction design.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design teams, managing delivery across multiple projects and platforms.
• Drive large-scale, multi-market design programs integrating strategy, design, and technology.
• Translated insights into user stories, flows, and tangible design deliverables.
• Influence product roadmaps, define scalable design practices, and embed human-centered design principles.
• Present design decisions clearly, using storytelling techniques to influence and align stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve design systems ensuring accessibility, consistency, and scalability.
• Champion design innovation at scale, driving the adoption of AI and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Mentor and coach designers, promoting both craft excellence and strategic thinking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals, prioritize features, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze data, and refine designs based on results.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitch materials.
• Advocate for inclusive, user-centered design practices and continuous improvement within the design process.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX, UI, and product design within consultancy or digital product environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, scaling systematic design practices, and embedding efficient workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design technologies and agile product delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, social media, business analysis, and development.
• Portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking.
• Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high organizational standards.
• Empathetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
