UX/UI Lead Designer (World of Tanks: HEAT)

What will you do?
- Own UX/UI Design of the game
- Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers (goals, feedback, growth, hiring)
- Define and improve design processes and standards
- Work closely with Creative Direction, Game Design and Development
- Ensure design quality and implementation consistency
- Use research and data to make informed design decisions
- Design complicated features hands-on when needed (concept → delivery)
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio, games industry experience is required
- Proven experience leading designers, 2+ years of managing designers as direct reports (required)
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Understanding of players' behavior (motivation, emotions, decision-making)
- Ability to translate insights into practical design solutions
- Focus on product and business goals
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals and system thinking
- Attention to detail and edge cases, healthy perfectionism
- Ability to go hands-on to support the team
- Experience working with UX research and applying the results to design
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams (design as part of the team, not a service)
- Very strong communication skills
- Professional English (C1), experience working in international teams

Type of Contract and Salary
- Employment Contract (umowa o prace)
- The salary range for this role is 22.000 - 30.000 PLN gross monthly (The final salary within the range will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance during the interview. Please note that this salary range applies to Poland; for other locations, it might be different.)
