UX/UI Intern

Metyis is growing! We are looking for an UX/UI Intern to join our Marketing and Design team in Porto for 6 months.

The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.

What you will do  

• Support the design and iteration of conversational flows for chatbot and voice

  interfaces.

• Assist in mapping user intents, dialog structures, and conversation architecture.

• Create conversation wireframes, scripts, and design documentation.

• Help analyze conversation performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Participate in research and usability testing of conversational experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine conversational behaviors.

• Contribute to maintaining conversation design standards and templates.

• Provide feedback during design reviews and team workshop
  

What you’ll bring 

• Student or recent graduate in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.

• Curious about AI, human language, and digital experiences.

• Strong written communication and storytelling skills in English.

• Comfortable thinking in flows, scenarios, and edge cases.

• Detail-oriented and open to feedback.

• Familiarity with UX wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)
