UX/UI Designer

Our client is a digital, full-service, mobile-first marketing agency that helps companies scale and become category leaders. They are passionate about solving complex marketing challenges through creative thinking, advanced technology, and data-driven insights. The agency works with a wide range of companies, from startups to global brands, helping them enhance their products and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).

They are currently looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces for digital products. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong visual design background who can bring concepts to life with exceptional attention to detail, while also applying UX principles to ensure usability and functionality.

Requirements

● UI Design Excellence: Create pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile

applications that align with brand guidelines and deliver a visually engaging

experience

● Design Assets & Mockups: Develop high-quality visual mockups, prototypes, and

design systems that ensure consistency across all products and platforms

● Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback, and

collaborate directly with them throughout the design process

● UX Support: Apply user-centered design principles, conduct usability testing, and

incorporate insights into refined UI solutions

● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to

ensure seamless design handoff and execution

● Creative Contribution: Support marketing and branding initiatives with compelling

design assets when needed

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on

UI/visual design. Experience working in an agency is a plus

● Mastery of Figma and other design/prototyping tools

● Excellent English, both written and verbal

● Good understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them effectively

● Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and manage multiple projects

independently

● Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and collaborating

with clients

● Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI design skills (web + mobile)

Notes:

● A strong and diverse portfolio, with clear expertise in Figma

● Proven experience as a UI Designer in an agency environment

(not a product designer from an in-house company, and not a graphic designer)

● Fast, execution-oriented, able to respond quickly to changes and deliver results under

tight timelines

● Strong UI skills (visual design), rather than a UX-focused or research-heavy

background

● Strong English and the ability to present and communicate with clients — a

significant advantage

● Genuine interest in AI and the ability to integrate new tools into the design process
