UX/UI Designer (New Grad)

At Lucida AI, we build voice-first, AI-powered mobile products used by users around the world. Backed by $6.7M in funding and ranked top charts in multiple countries, we're scaling fast and looking for a Mobile Product Designer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing mobile experiences.

You'll be a key part of our product team, owning mobile UX & UI from concept to launch, and shaping experiences that people use daily to speak, learn, and communicate better.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end mobile design process (UX & UI) for iOS and Android products
• Translate product ideas and business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mobile interfaces
• Design intuitive interactions and micro-animations optimized for mobile and voice-based experiences
• Create and maintain mobile design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Mobile Developers, and Stakeholders
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and iteration based on real user feedback
• Stay up to date with mobile UX trends, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX & UI work and design thinking
• 0-2 years of experience designing mobile apps (product company or agency)
• Excellent command of Figma (required)
• Strong understanding of mobile interaction patterns and user behavior
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android
• Ability to clearly present and defend design decisions
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, or similar) is a plus
• Degree in Design or a related field is a plus, but not required
